Instinct
So, no kids want to go to bed. Walter is the same. I try to have him go to bed at the same time every night so there is a pattern, and he has to go it’s not a choice … normal parent stuff. What I’ve discovered recently is that he’ll go up the stairs (on his own two feet), brush his teeth quickly, and sprint into his bed when I tell him, “Its time for prayers!” He loves it!
